Very helpful staff!

Lauren (covering from Bexhill) was a super help. My mother needed assistance with her new phone (she's a total technophobe) and Lauren spent all the time necessary getting her up and running.

Ryan (store manager) was also a super help.

Stephanie was really helpful when I came into the store to do a handset upgrade. She followed it up really well to make sure the tariff etc had been set properly and provided me with good communication and support.
