A heartfelt thankyou to the staff member at E Grinstead (sorry for not getting his name) for the trouble he took in trying to get my Whatsap account across from old to new Samsung mobile which were badly messed up by other's previous efforts. Ultimately, he wasn't able to retrieve my Whatsapp history but I was immensely grateful for his knowledge and especially for the patient, approachable manner in which he gave his help.

Its a great relief to know that this team are available should I need any help in the future. Very many thanks

East Grinstead store

I just bought a new iPhone in the East Grinstead store, they were very kind and helpful. I appreciate for the time because they answered all my questions from the beginning till the end of process. 

Anyway, the optically broadband is amazing as well, never had any problems with it.

Ria and Andy saved my holiday. After a day spent online with someone very useless at Vodafone who managed to disable my phone and watch I went to the east Grinstead store and the team got everything back working. Now have a phone for holiday.

Katie was the best customer service at Vodafone

We were served by Katie at Vodafone Priory Shopping Centre Hastings.

She was extremely helpful and managed to renew our contract by reducing our monthly payments by 50%. Katie handled everything from A to Z and explained to us all the options and terms and conditions. 

Honestly, she was the best I have ever seen in any a customer services business. She is a great asset to Vodafone.

I was helped by Marnie today. She was very friendly and helpful taking time to explain the best options and deals. Which was great as I don't really understand a lot with phones. 

I had previously spoke with other people from different company's but found them to be very pushy. so with that in mind I wasn't really expecting to walk away with a new phone today. However we're walking away with 2 new phones as my mum was just as impressed as me.

Top marks to Ryan in Vodafone Hastings!

Went into Vodafone Hastings a couple of weeks ago to arrange a new Sim contract. Ended up moving our broadband and landline contract to Vodafone, saving us £16 a month. 

With cheerful good humour and patience Ryan explained the various options to us with absolutely no pressure at all. The transfer went ahead with no problems, although it was reassuring to know that Ryan was just down the road if we'd needed any further advice.

Took out another contract phone today…

Took out another contract phone today and met a new member of staff who doesn't usually work at the Hastings branch. We also set up our internet through you guys as well and the entire process from beginning to end was amazing as well as easy.

…Excellent Customer Service

I popped into the Bexhill store it was 17:20 shop closes at 17:30 the I store advisor greeted me with a smile, I explained I just need some information and wouldn’t keep him as the store was closing shortly, he told me not to worry and take a seat. I asked about my mobile service upgrade, he patiently went through the various options and I chose what suited me and he set it all up, he also gave me useful information about a mobile upgrade and how best use my mobile abroad. 

Nothing was to much trouble I left the store after 17:42 a totally pleasant experience for me well don Bexhill Vodafone 10 out of 10. 😊👌🏼

Perfect Customer Service

Great Customer Service, They had super knowledgeable staff and didn’t have to wait long to find out what deals was to be had, Nothing was a problem as everything was carefully explained. Talked me through all the texts/emails I’d receive once I started my move over from three, they was always on hand to go through anything I wasn’t sure of, glad I made the switch over was quicker than I thought it would be, thank you Lauren! and the team!

Fantastic service

After fruitless and frankly useless hours on the customer service line and live chat I went to the Bexhill store a desperate and unhappy Vodafone customer.. and left a delighted one thanks to two wonderful ladies Suki and Lauren. 

Not only did they take full ownership of my problem and sorted out my insurance claim and return, they also ensured I will not be lodging a formal complaint with head office. 

These professional efficient knowledgeable and caring people are BRILLIANT every business should have them!!

Eastbourne store is the best

All of the staff at the Eastbourne store were very helpful when I wanted to change my phone. There was a problem/delay whilst the finance element was being done but Bethany was 'on the case' to ensure the matter was resolved as quickly as possible, keeping me fully informed. She then sorted out transferring everything from my old mobile phone to the new one. Fantastic customer service.

I always choose to pop into the shop whenever I need help or advice and always leave a very happy customer.
