A heartfelt thankyou to the staff member at E Grinstead (sorry for not getting his name) for the trouble he took in trying to get my Whatsap account across from old to new Samsung mobile which were badly messed up by other's previous efforts. Ultimately, he wasn't able to retrieve my Whatsapp history but I was immensely grateful for his knowledge and especially for the patient, approachable manner in which he gave his help.

Its a great relief to know that this team are available should I need any help in the future. Very many thanks
